We start by locating the best access point to your sewer line—usually through an existing cleanout, but sometimes through a vent stack or by temporarily removing a toilet. Don’t worry, we put everything back exactly as we found it.
Next, we carefully guide our high-definition sewer camera through your pipes. The camera is mounted on a flexible cable that can navigate bends and turns, sending live video back to our monitor. You can watch along with us as we inspect every inch of your sewer line, looking for blockages, cracks, root intrusion, or pipe damage.
Once we’ve completed the plumbing camera inspection, we provide you with a detailed report that includes video footage and still images of any problems we found. We’ll explain what each issue means, how urgent it is, and what your repair options are. You’ll have everything you need to make informed decisions about your plumbing, with no guesswork involved.
