Your repiping project includes complete removal of old pipes, installation of new copper or PEX throughout your home, and all necessary permits to meet Courtland building codes. We don’t charge extra for “surprises” we should have anticipated.
Many Courtland homes built before 1980 still have original galvanized steel pipes that are corroding from the inside out. These pipes cause low water pressure, discolored water, and eventually expensive leaks. We replace them with modern materials designed to last decades without these problems.
We also upgrade outdated shut-off valves, pressure regulators, and connections as needed. The goal is a complete, properly functioning plumbing system—not a patchwork of old and new components that will cause problems later.
