First, we assess your current setup and water usage patterns to size the right tankless unit for your home. Not all tankless heaters are the same, and getting the wrong size means you’ll have problems from day one.
Next, we handle any necessary upgrades to gas lines or electrical systems. Tankless units need proper power supply and venting, and we make sure everything meets current codes before we start the installation.
Then comes the actual installation. We remove your old tank system, install the new tankless unit, connect all the lines, and test everything thoroughly. We don’t leave until you have hot water flowing at the right temperature and pressure.
The whole process typically takes 4-6 hours for a standard replacement. If we need to run new gas lines or upgrade electrical service, add another day. You’ll know exactly what to expect before we start because we walk through the entire process during our initial assessment.
